- Legal Forces first discusses with you the content and context of the temporary assignment or permanent position. Within 24 hours, you will receive from us a draft report with a description of the assignment or position and the required profile.
- If you wish, we can discuss which recruitment channels are to be used. Legal Forces has numerous agreements with on-line job sites, the specialist press, etc. and has its own on-line jobs database.
- We propose only the most-suitable candidate or candidates, doing so in the presence of one of our own consultants if you so wish.
- In the end, it is of course you who decide which candidate you find most suitable.
- Should you opt for legal interim management, we will organize a follow-up meeting after one month, at which you, the candidate and the Legal Forces consultant can discuss progress in the assignment.
- We stay in frequent contact with you for the duration of the arrangement.
